The Origin Story.
The Beginning
Grew up poor in the Philippines. Five siblings separated. I had nothing except what I could earn with effort. At my Grade 5 awards ceremony, no family came to pin my medal. A stranger did it. I decided that day: if no one is coming, become the person who shows up.
The Grind
Engineering school, twice. Dropped out both times when the funding was pulled. Nearly 10 years in call centers after that. Customer service. Sales. Tech support. Every promotion still was not enough. Most people would have stopped. I did not know how to stop.
2015
Bought a laptop. That September, landed a full-time admin role at a US embroidery company. Three months later, Bradley Benner sent me a freelance offer. I kept both. Day job by day, Bradley by night. For 2.5 years I built proof before I made the leap.
2016
UK visa approved, rare for a Filipino passport. I hired VAs to free up time. Third one quit in six months. I sat in the dark at 2 AM and stopped asking "where do I find better people?" and started asking "why does everyone I hire fail?"
2018
Registered the business. Studied web development. The 2 AM question would not leave me alone: agencies do not need more people. They need something that does not break when one person walks out. Systems. Structure. Continuity.

Found my head of operations. She still runs every VA, every client, every process. I stopped running a VA service and started building operational infrastructure.

Built the AI dev team. Automated workflows, replaced VA roles with AI, increased client margins. Then stood on the AdCon stage at Wembley and received an award. The girl who had a stranger pin her medal in a school gymnasium was on one of the most famous stages in the world.
