The Origin Story.
The Beginning
I grew up poor in the Philippines. My mother had to leave the country for work when I was in 4th grade. Five siblings separated across different households. I had nothing except what I could earn with effort. So I earned everything. Graduated top of my class. 13 gold medals. During my Grade 5 awards ceremony, I walked up to the stage and waited for someone from my family to come pin my medal. I waited. No one came. A stranger walked up and pinned it on me. I made a decision that day. If no one was coming, I would become the person who shows up.
The Grind
I passed the DOST scholarship exam. Ranked top 7 in my university entrance exam. Got into engineering. Had to drop out. My family could not afford the living expenses. An aunt offered to fund my return. I believed her. Went back. She backed out in my fifth year. Same dream ripped away by the same circumstance. Twice. So I worked. $80 a month at a fast food chain. Then call centers. Nearly 10 years of them. Customer service. Sales. Technical support. IT helpdesk. $100 a month. $180. $400. Every promotion still was not enough. Most people would have stopped. I did not know how to stop.
2015
A friend mentioned working online. It sounded like a scam. But I was done. Sick of answering calls every single day for someone else's business. I quit. Bought a laptop. Got internet installed. There was no plan B. If this did not work, nothing would. I landed my first client in under a week. Within months, three clients. $1,000+ a month. Working 20 hours a day but for the first time, it was mine. That year I started working with Bradley Benner. He became my longest client, my business school, and the proof that loyalty and competence compound over a decade.
2016
Then something impossible happened. My UK visa got approved. A Filipino passport is one of the weakest in the world. I never thought I would get it. So I hired VAs to free up my time to travel to England. And everything I built fell apart. Third VA in six months quit. Same story every time. I closed my laptop at 2 AM. Sat in the dark. And the question that changed my life landed: I stopped asking "Where do I find better people?" and started asking "Why does everyone I hire fail?"
2018
I came back to the Philippines to get a base and start the business properly. Registered it. Studied web development. But that 2 AM question would not leave me alone. VAs alone were never going to be the answer. I had lived it. Agencies did not need more people. They needed something that would not break when one person walked out the door. Systems. Structure. Continuity. That became my obsession.
2019
I started travelling again. I found my head of operations. The person who would manage every VA, every client, every process so I did not have to. She is still here. That same year I started working with Alex and Cadey Charfen. They are business coaches who teach entrepreneurs how to scale with systems and processes. They became my clients and I became their student. What I learned from them changed how I thought about everything. I stopped running a VA service and started building operational infrastructure.
2020
The pandemic hit and the world panicked. Every company on earth suddenly needed to figure out remote teams. We had been doing it for five years. Borders closed. Flights cancelled. I was trapped in India for months. The business did not skip a beat. Not one client noticed. While the world scrambled to build what we already had, we just kept delivering.
2022
I was on a cruise on the Thames River in London when the message came in. Bradley. Scaling fast. Needed people yesterday. We went from 2-3 VAs to 16+ in three months. Hired. Vetted. Trained. Deployed. Not a single one failed. That was when I knew. This system could scale as fast as any opportunity thrown at it.
2023
Gradually, Bradley grew from 1 company to 3. I started investing in myself. Coaches. Masterminds. I sat in rooms with agency owners doing at least $25K+ a month and watched them struggle with hiring, managing, and losing VAs. The same cycle I had broken years ago. Every single one of them needed what I had already built. That is when it hit me. This was not just my solution. This was the solution. And we had reached multi six figures a year proving it. No website. No ads. No funnel. No content. Just referrals and results.
2024
Bradley crossed $1M+ in annual revenue. The system I built powered every dollar of it. That same year I walked into my first AI convention and everything shifted. I was hooked. Not AI replacing people. AI making them untouchable. Machine speed. Human judgment. The hybrid model clicked in my head and I could not unsee it. That was the future. And I was going to build it.
2025
I built the AI dev team. We automated Bradley's workflows, replaced VA roles with AI, and increased his margins even further. Trained people and custom AI under one roof. No other agency offers both. Then the full circle moment. I went to the US for the first time. Learned from Alex Hormozi in Vegas. Met Russell Brunson at a client's wedding, not a conference. And I met Bradley Benner face to face for the first time in ten years. Every project, every hire, every system we built together was through chat. He had never heard my voice. When I finally spoke to him, it was as his partner. That same year I stood on stage at Wembley and received an award. The girl who had a stranger pin her medal in a school gymnasium in the Philippines was standing on one of the most famous stages in the world.
Mission
To be the operational backbone for every scaling agency. And one day, to offer free VA and AI training for every Filipino who is where I was. To give people the vehicle I never had. So that the next girl standing on a stage with a medal will never have to wonder if someone is coming. Because we will already be there.
